Creator or Host means a user or organization hosting a session, livestream, queue, or store through the Service.
You means the individual or entity using the Service.
We may collect your name, email address, password, role or profession, use case information, industry details, and other information you voluntarily provide.
When you host or participate in livestreams, virtual camps, or sessions, we may collect audio and video streams, chat messages, reactions, queue submissions, uploaded music or other content, and session metadata.
You may submit to some Muse Live queues without creating an account. Queue submissions may include email address, artist name, song name, description, social media handles, uploaded files, links, transaction information, and shipping address when required for a physical product.
Cloud recordings may be stored where enabled. Where recording or clipping features are enabled, we may create and store recordings and clips of livestreams, which can include submitted content played during the stream. Depending on the features enabled, clips may be made available to the Creator, the person who submitted the content, or viewers.
Content uploaded within private sessions is not made public unless explicitly streamed or shared by the user.
When you submit to a Muse Live queue or purchase from a Creator, the Host of that queue may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, social media handles, submission, transaction amount, and shipping address when applicable, so the Host can operate the queue, review submissions, and fulfill purchases. We do not provide Hosts with your full payment card number.
Files uploaded within chat or sessions are stored and transmitted to session participants as part of the Service.
Some features may be accessible without an account. We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, usage logs, submission information, and display name if provided.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers. We may receive billing name and email, subscription plan, payment status, transaction timestamps, and partial payment method details.
If you receive payments through the Service, we or our payment processors may collect identity, business, payout account, and tax information needed to process payouts and comply with law.
If you connect the Service to platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Kick, we may receive information those platforms make available, such as account or channel identifiers, profile information, chat messages, livestream information, and authorization information, as needed to provide the integration.
